Shipping and Return Policy
Shipping Information:
All painting prices include complimentary shipping within the U.S. Orders are shipped from my studio in Chico, California. For international shipping rates, please contact us directly at brittagoldmannart@gmail.com for a personalized quote based on your location.
Domestic Shipping (U.S.):
We use UPS and USPS to ship all orders within the United States.
Orders are typically processed and shipped within 7 business days.
If your package is lost in transit, we will assist you in tracking it. However, we cannot be held responsible for packages once proof of delivery has been provided.
For packages requiring a signature, any additional fees for refused or unclaimed packages at access points will be the responsibility of the customer. If a package is returned to us due to refusal or failure to collect, the re-shipping fees will be invoiced to the customer.
International Shipping:
For international orders, please reach out to brittagoldmannart@gmail.com to receive a shipping quote based on your order and destination.
Please be aware that any customs duties, taxes, or import fees are the responsibility of the purchaser and are not included in the shipping costs.
Returns and Refunds:
At this time, all artwork sales are final. If your painting arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order with photographs of the damage, and we will work with you to find a resolution.
