Shipping and Return Policy

Shipping Information:

All painting prices include complimentary shipping within the U.S. Orders are shipped from my studio in Chico, California. For international shipping rates, please contact us directly at brittagoldmannart@gmail.com for a personalized quote based on your location.

Domestic Shipping (U.S.):

  • We use UPS and USPS to ship all orders within the United States.

  • Orders are typically processed and shipped within 7 business days.

  • If your package is lost in transit, we will assist you in tracking it. However, we cannot be held responsible for packages once proof of delivery has been provided.

  • For packages requiring a signature, any additional fees for refused or unclaimed packages at access points will be the responsibility of the customer. If a package is returned to us due to refusal or failure to collect, the re-shipping fees will be invoiced to the customer.

International Shipping:

  • For international orders, please reach out to brittagoldmannart@gmail.com to receive a shipping quote based on your order and destination.

  • Please be aware that any customs duties, taxes, or import fees are the responsibility of the purchaser and are not included in the shipping costs.

Returns and Refunds:

At this time, all artwork sales are final. If your painting arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order with photographs of the damage, and we will work with you to find a resolution.
